Vino di Mare 2017 has been postponed until further notice.
If you would like to support JSDCL and the citizens of Puerto Rico here's one way you can count on.
In the destruction left by Hurricane Maria, Puerto Ricans are struggling to meet basic needs. In our community of Dorado, 625 families lost their homes and 1,170 families have no roofs. You can help the Jane Stern Dorado Community Library (JSDCL) use its 7 neighborhood hubs to provide immediate, practical services to hurricane survivors.
At a time when gas is in short supply, JSDCL has 7 locations in walking distance for thousands of people in the barrios of Dorado, Vega Alta and Vega Baja. JSDCL served 52,000 visitors last year. For 43 years, we have supported our community with essential resources and learning opportunities.
We urgently need your help to reopen. Our scheduled, island-based funding was a casualty of Hurricane Maria. We have commitments to match the first $60,000 donated on this site.
With your donation, JSDCL will benefit those impacted by Maria at this critical time, so they can:
Until we are able to open our doors, we are bringing JSDCL to the Emergency Center and shelters, beginning with aid assistance, tutoring, band concerts, books and games.

Puerto Rico will be rebuilt community by community. Your donation will help jumpstart a trusted Puerto Rican institution that has grown over generations. Please give generously!
As a certified 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, all donations are tax-deductible.
"There is no end to what a community library can do; for it is beholden to no outside entity except the community it serves.” Jane Stern
